Hello Crafty Friends and welcome to the March 2026 Showcase Challenge! I am fresh off the high of On Stage, Stampin’ Up!’s© annual convention for demonstrators. I can’t explain the joy I get from being surrounded by 2,000 of our fellow crafters. During the convention, we got to see a few new items. Today, I wanted to show you one of the new suites that will be coming out in May.

March 2026 Showcase Card

Card Set Up

I almost always make standard 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ cards. Today, I made a file folder card. I loved the idea of using this new suite to create some photo files to organize photos and keepsakes of scrapbook pages. This is a cute combination of both. The file is 5 1/2″ x 8″, with a small 3″ pocket on the inside to hold pieces of paper or receipts that you might want to add to your scarp pages.

First, I used the file tab die on Lemon Lolly card stock to create the edge of the folder. I love this die! So many ways to use it and the idea of making folders with all my Designer Series Paper just makes me giddy! To add the white label for writing on, I die cut some Basic White card stock and cut it down to 1″, and added it to the card base. I stamped the label piece with Flirty Flamingo. Next, I covered the card base and Basic White card stock with a 8″ x 5″ sheet of Beautiful Ordinary Life Designer Series Paper. I added the new Floral Flight Accents. Aren’t those butterflies lovely?! Adding the Array of Dots adhesives finished off the file front.

Inside of Card

The inside of the folder was fairly easy. I added some Basic White card stock, and framed with with some Lemon Lolly and stamped it in Lemon Lolly with the butterfly stamp. I added the stamp to the label edge as well. Next, I took the left over designer series paper and made a pocket for any small pieces of paper and mounted it to Pretty Peacock card stock. I added a small piece of Basic White card stock to the pocket. I made a file tab for from Pretty Peacock card stock to make it easier to pull it out of the pocket. On the front of the pocket, I added a small tag I die cut out and stamped with Pretty Peacock and finished with Basic White baker’s twine.

Creating cards is just one part of paper crafting. Creating items for organizing or home decor is one of my favorite ways of using my craft stash. This suite is going to be great of both!
