Welcome to the Newsletter Card – March 2026

Wow, it’s been a long time since I’ve done my newsletter card! I really have missed putting out a card strictly for those of you who have stuck by me and still want to see what I have to say! It’s truly appreciated and I love to give something back.

The card I made this month was designed for you to see all three product of the month items. At the time of this post, all of them are still available. However, to get all three, you do have to make 3 different qualifying orders ($75 for each order).

What I used

The card base of the card is 11″ x 4 1/4″, creased at 5 1/2″. I know it’s basically the same thing, but I like to look of bottom opening cards from time to time. I used Balmy Blue for the card base. Next, I cut both sheets of DSP into 5 1/4″ x 2″. I didn’t want the strips to just sit next to each, so I cut them at 2″, leaving 3 1/4″ long pieces. I layered mine to allow all 4 sides of DSP to show. You don’t have to do that. I just didn’t wanted to showcase both sides of each sheet.

I punched out the Heartfelt Hexagon Label from Basic White card stock and stamped Hello in Balmy Blue. The embellishments that are on the cad front are the Loose Frosted Dots. I used Multipurpose Glue to add them on. After I had the card completed, I knew it needed something more, so I added some Basic White Baker’s Twine.

It’s funny to me how a small strip of DSP can really dress up the inside of a card. It’s 1/2″ by 5 1/4 and cut from the True Blue DSP.
