Magic Slider Card Technique

Hello Crafty Friends! We’re back with a new technique – a Magic Slider card! Y’all this is a super fun way to make your recipient go oh and ah! This technique is really easy to do, and once you’ve done it once, it’s a piece of cake to do again and again!

For my card, I used the retiring set Cottage Rose! I love this set and I’m going to miss it! To get started, I stamped my image on a window sheet and a piece of Basic White card stock, using the Stamparatus to make sure it all lined up. I colored the image on the Basic White card stock, then I added a piece of Flirty Flamingo card stock between them and taped it all together. Next, I added a frame made with Gold Foil Specialty Paper and Basic White card stock. I glued it to the front of the card base and boom – Magic Slider card done! Well, mostly done, I had to add the inside card stock for writing your message. Add some embellishments and the card is ready to sit on your mantle or desk top!
I’m thrilled you could stop in and see my card and I hope you liked it. Please take a minute to hop on over to see the rest of the cards presented this week! I am sure you’re gonna be amazed!
Until next time, Stay Crafty Friends!
