Stamping With Friends Blog Hop Mini Album

Hey Crafting Friends!

This blog hop challenge really took me out of my comfort zone. I do not like 3D projects and do them only when I need to show new techniques or a new way to use older products.

I thought about sitting this hop out, but my great friends, Linda, talked me into trying. I looked up different mini albums on Pinterest and found the template for the one I decided to make. I loved how simple it was and yet it looks so complex!

I used the Symbols of Fortune 12 X 12 DSP for my base. I die cut out the flower on the belly band and the other printed flowers out of the the discarded part of the DSP. I used Calypso Coral and Blushing Bride for the other flowers and the vines. The Scalloped Contour flower die was perfect for the belly band flower. I used the Cherry Blossom dies for the other flowers and stems. There was no stamping on this project, which is kinda cool. It shows that you don’t have to stamp to create amazing projects with Stampin’ Up! products.

This really was a fun project and I love how it turned out. Now, to choose a person to gift it to. 😀

I hope you enjoyed this and got some inspiration. Now, hop on over to our next blogger’s post. Each member works really hard to impress you and crave your feedback on how they did! It would be great if you left a comment for each, so we know if we are in target for what you’re looking for! 😀
