Hello My Crafty Friends! Simple Stamping can be so much fun! I love doing a quick card that doesn’t need a ton of products or time. A fun little project can really take some stress off the day and give you a fast card to give to someone you love.
Stampin’ Up! has a monthly simple stamping card challenge for demonstrators. I do make the cards from time to time, but I normally forget to post them. I figured I’d add this to my monthly posts, so I can keep the blog fresh! Plus, it’s nice to have the theme already picked for me! 😀
This month the theme was birthdays and I had just the stamp for it! I bought this stamp set for Jay, and I have had it for a few weeks now. This was the perfect time to break it out and get some ink on it!
All I did for this card was to cut the card base, then I cut the card front, and stamp the image and sentiments on the basic white car base. The drum set was colored in with Stampin’ Blends. It took me about 10 minutes to do this card, from start to finish. Simple Stamping doesn’t have to be bland, and card making doesn’t have to be super detailed.
I have a few other cards planned for the month, so I’ll be seeing you soon!
